Great experience! The work was done perfectly and much faster than I expected. The team took the time to explain everything to me in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I honestly don’t know much about cars, but they made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. Communication was excellent and they kept me updated the entire time. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gifted me a set of 4 original BMW floor mats — such a nice and thoughtful gesture. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
